PERMAGUARD Cleaner and Degreaser is a heavy-duty epoxy concrete floor cleaner concentrate for cleaning grease, oils and other contaminants from concrete floors and walls prior to coating with PERMAGUARD epoxy floor coating. Its water based formulation is low in odor and low in VOC.

Ideal for use in garages, basements, workshops, utility rooms or any place concrete floors are found.
